The Crealdé School of Art Presents:

Bird Photography (PH277) - Winter

9 sessions, (5 classrooms & 4 field trips)
Tuesday, 7:00–9:00 p.m. Main Campus, Winter Park
Learn to photograph birds from a life-long birder and bird photography instructor. Learn how to get close without disturbing the bird’s lifestyle—within the social distance of each species, and how to get winning photos of flying birds. You will need a lens of at least 300mm; 400mm or 500mm would be better. If you are planning to buy a long lens, wait until after the first class.

Classroom sessions will begin with a critique of the work done on the previous field trip. The later part of the class session will be a discussion of topics listed on the syllabus. Practice these skills during four instructor-led field trips.

Prerequisites: Digital Photography II or similar experience.

Tuition: $255
